ElevaWave LLC was founded in March 2026 by Alberto Blanco and Nathalie Hernandez, a husband-and-wife team based in San Bernardino, California. We started ElevaWave to offer customers reliable everyday products from brands they can trust, backed by honest, personal service.
We are building more than a retail business. We are building a company founded on integrity, customer satisfaction, trusted partnerships, and long-term relationships. Our commitment is to create lasting value for our customers, business partners, and the communities we serve through the products we offer.

Our Products
Product Sourcing & Brand Partnerships
We carry practical, high-quality products in Home & Kitchen, Tools & Home Improvement, Electronics, Office Products, and Arts, Crafts & Sewing. Every item is sourced directly from brands, manufacturers, or their authorized distributors, and we keep invoices and documentation for all of our inventory. We look for long-term partners whose products we can represent with care.
Multi-Channel Commerce
We sell on Amazon (storefront: Vela Go) and TikTok Shop (ElevaWave). Our listings use each brand’s approved images, descriptions, and pricing guidelines, including MAP policies. We handle customer questions, shipping, and returns ourselves, so your products are represented accurately and your customers are well cared for.
Growth & Business Development
ElevaWave is a new, family-owned business growing step by step. We start with opening orders sized to real demand and reorder as sales grow. Our plan includes adding new categories, building lasting relationships with brands and distributors, and, in the future, developing our own private-label products.

We’re a small, family-owned retailer looking for long-term partners, not one-time buys. When you work with ElevaWave, you can expect:
Authorized sourcing only. We buy directly from brands or their authorized distributors, never from unauthorized sources.
Respect for your pricing. We follow MAP and brand pricing policies.
Accurate representation. We use your approved images and product information and never make claims you haven’t approved.
Real customer service. Our family answers customer questions and handles returns personally.
Orders that fit our size. We start with opening orders that make sense for a new business and grow with you as products sell.
A registered business. ElevaWave LLC is a registered California business. We’re happy to provide our resale certificate, EIN, and references on request.
